*THE PHOTOSHOOT*

* Inform your seller that no one is to be present inside the home while we shoot the interior. (Realtor can be there)

* Provide us with access information before the day of the appointment.

* Do not schedule contractors, room measurements, or listing agreement signing inside the home during
the photo appointment.

* All Properties will be shot AS IS. Please double-check that the property is 100% ready to go PRIOR to the day of the photoshoot. Furniture and or items SHOULD NOT be moved from room to room.

*Unless specified, the standard shoot will include the front and back exterior and the major rooms such as the living room, dining room, family room, kitchen, primary bedroom, primary bath and bedrooms. Multiple angles of the same room or area may be considered in the count of finished photos.

* Laundry rooms, utility rooms or garages are not a shooting priority unless you give direction otherwise.
The Agent or Representative of the Agent must discuss any special considerations such as what should be included or excluded in shots.

*The photographer will adjust blinds and lights but is not a stager/decorator/home cleaner. Due to the liability of potentially damaging furniture, flooring, walls, decor, etc, the photographer will not move furniture, treadmills, kitchen appliances, dog crates, etc. and will not stand on furniture to turn fans off. Also, the photographer does not touch bathroom supplies so please be sure all personal hygiene items from showers and bathtubs have been removed. If the photographer notices something small he/she will try to make it look as best as possible, but overall the property needs to be 100% ready to go when he/she arrives.

*Blinds/curtains should be open, lights should be on and fans off, toilet seat lids should be down, and doors to rooms to be photographed should be open so our photographers can limit what they touch.

*PET POLICY*
All animals must be removed from the property or securely crated during the photoshoot. We will not enter the home if there are loose animals, so please ensure your sellers are aware of this policy.

*CANCELLATIONS OR RESCHEDULES*
There is a $75 cancellation fee for appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time.

Rescheduling/cancelling within 1 hour of the booked appointment, no access to home, property not photo-ready (at the point that the shoot does not take place), homeowners present, loose pets in the house , or similar reasons not allowing shoot to take place will be considered a cancellation and you will be charged 50% of the full service price.

*If weather beyond the Homeowner's, the Agent's, or the Photographer's control disrupts, delays or cancels the shoot, the affected shoot may be rescheduled without penalty.

You can expect next-day delivery for Real Estate Photography. Photos will land in your email the next business day Monday - Friday.

*TRAVEL FEES*
The first 20 miles are included. After 20 miles, it is $1.00 per mile.


*WHO OWNS THE COPYWRIGHT?*
All images produced by First Impressions Media Group are the intellectual property of the photographer and are protected under U.S. copyright law. By hiring us for real estate photography services, you (the client) are granted a limited-use license for the purpose of marketing the specific property photographed.

Usage Terms:
The license allows the use of images on MLS listings, real estate websites, print materials, and social media for the duration the property is actively listed for sale or rent.

Images may not be edited, filtered, cropped, or altered in any way without written permission.

Restrictions:
Photos may not be transferred, shared, sold, or reused by anyone other than the original client without prior written consent.

Use of the images by a third party including but not limited to contractors, builders, stagers, other realtors, brokerages, designers, or property buyers/sellers is strictly prohibited unless a separate licensing agreement is arranged.

Ownership:
The photographer retains full copyright ownership of all images.

Unauthorized use or reproduction of any image is a violation of copyright and subject to legal action.

We appreciate crediting us as the photographer on social media posts and in marketing where it is convenient to do so, but we do not require it.
